The Supreme Court divides its oral argument hearings into “sittings” occurring for two weeks each month, typically on Mondays through Wednesdays. Below are the cases the Court will hear during its 2022 – 2023 term. The cases range from a challenge to EPA’s regulation of navigable waters, to redistricting, affirmative action, gay rights and some less newsworthy cases that will be very influential.

Below is a list of cases on the docket and links to where you can learn more about each argument and read live updates. [Note: some sittings begin at the end of a previous month, so although, for example, we refer to the “November sitting”, it began on October 31.]
