The Supreme Court divides its oral argument hearings into “sittings” occurring for two weeks each month, typically on Mondays through Wednesdays. Below are the cases the Court will hear during its 2022 – 2023 term. The cases range from a challenge to EPA’s regulation of navigable waters, to redistricting, affirmative action, gay rights and some less newsworthy cases that will be very influential.

This a case about the reach of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.


Twitter v. Taamneh
In this case, the question is whether Twitter can be sued regardless of Section 230 for aiding and abetting terrorism.


Biden v. Nebraska & Dept. of Education v Brown
Both cases involve challenges to President Biden’s student debt relief plan.
